Graduation Requirements: Students who complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structure and fulfil attendance requirement will be issued with a “Diploma in Business Management (Mandarin) / Diploma in Business Management (Mandarin)(E-Learning)” by United Ceres College.

Qualification Entry Requirements:
- Passed any 3 subjects in GCE O-level
- Or completed 12 years of formal education
- Or completed United Ceres College Certificate Management Course
- Or equivalent qualifications
- Or no qualifications but with at least 5 years work experience, subjected to review after interview conducted by United Ceres College
Mandarin Requirements:
- Completed 12-year formal education with Mandarin as instruction medium

What You Will Learn
1. DBM001(M) General Subject Knowledge
This module is designed to provide fundamental industry-specific jargon and terminology for the business industry. By the end of this module, students should be able to bridge terminological communication barriers, have boosted confidence and practical competence in the business industry.
2. DBM101(M) Principles of Management
This introductory module aims to provide an overview of the management discipline. It intends to equip business management personnel with a basic understanding of the management processes that includes coordinating work activities through planning, organizing and leading. By the end of this module, students should possess a firm grasp of the basic functions within the management domain.
3. DBM102(M) Fundamentals of Marketing
This module introduces students to fundamental marketing concepts that will be key for industry personnel to understand the overall business landscape. Central to this module is the marketing mix—product, price, promotion, and place. By the end of this module, students will be able to understand and effectively manage their business process with the help of marketing mechanisms.
4. DBM103(M) Business Communication
This module is designed to equip students with the essential techniques for business communication, including spoken and written skills for business presentation, public speaking, and chairing meetings as well as the writing of memos, minutes, emails, letters, and reports. Upon completion of this module, students should be able to master techniques that will facilitate business communication.
5. DBM104(M) Human Resource Management
This module covers the fundamental know-hows, leveraging human resource skills to achieve organizational objectives. It includes recruiting, training, developing, and motivating employees, as well as maintaining employee relations and benefits. By the end of this module, students should be able to strategically view employees from a resource perspective while still being objectively aware of the corporate goals.
6. DBM105(M) Corporate Strategy
This module surveys the major concepts and theories of corporate strategy management, encapsulating the analysis, selection, and implementation of corporate strategy. Upon completion of this module, students should be able to understand the essence of corporate strategy and apply the most suitable strategy in their business based on corporate goals and market conditions.
7. DBM106(M) Risk Management
This module explores the inevitable need to manage organizational risk with the growth of organizations. It identifies why an organization needs to manage risk, identification and management of risks, as well as current issues. It covers the impetus behind enterprise risk management and the related corporate governance.
8. DBM107(M) Innovation and Entrepreneurship
This module aims to prepare students with a comprehensive idea of innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of small and medium enterprises. The need to continually innovate product or service offerings and to set new ideas in motion is essential for a business to remain competitive. By the end of this module, students will be able to maintain corporate competitiveness when responding to external or internal opportunities with a number of innovative tools and techniques.
