Understanding the fees associated with your studies and the various payment modes available is essential for planning your educational journey at United Ceres College. Below, we provide a comprehensive breakdown of the different types of fees and payment options to help you manage your finances effectively.

Types of Fees

Fee Type Description
Course Fees Covers the cost of your academic courses, typically charged per semester.
Administrative Fees Costs associated with application processing, registration, and other services.
Course Materials Costs for textbooks, digital resources, and other course materials.
Examination Fees Fees for the administration and processing of exams, including resits.
Miscellaneous Fees Additional services such as deferment fee, graduation ceremony fee and photocopy service. For more information, refer to the Student Contract Schedule C.

Timing of Payment

Students are required to pay all fees within the stipulated timeframe on their Student Contract.

Late Payment Policy

  • Payments made 1 day after the scheduled due date(s) in Schedule B will be considered late.
  • In the event of a late payment, a penalty fee may be charged. Under extenuating circumstances, the management of UCC may exercise its discretion to waive or reduce the penalty amount.
  • If the course fee is not paid after repeated reminders, the student may be dismissed and will not be allowed to graduate.

Payment of fees should be made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) only. Course Fees, Application Fees, and Miscellaneous Fees can be paid to United Ceres College via the following methods:
