Applying to United Ceres College (UCC) is a straightforward process designed to ensure that all prospective students have the necessary information and support to complete their applications successfully. Follow these steps to begin your academic journey with UCC.

Step 1: Choose Your Course

Visit the Academic Courses page to explore the range of programs offered at UCC. Select the course that best fits your academic and career goals.

Step 2: Review Entry Requirements and Prepare Your Documents

Different courses have different entry requirements. Ensure you meet the specific entry requirements for your chosen course, including academic qualifications, language proficiency, and other prerequisites.

Gather all necessary documents required for your application. These typically include:

  • Academic Records: Transcripts and results for all qualifications you’ve pursued, whether completed or not.
  • Completion Certificates: Certificates for any qualifications you have completed.
  • Translations: Original documents and their official English translations, if they are not in English.
  • English Language Proficiency: IELTS or other English language test results, if applicable.
  • Personal Identification: The personal details and signature page of your passport, and any evidence of your previous immigration history, if applicable.

Ensure your documents are scanned and uploaded in PDF, JPG, or ZIP format, with a size limit of 20MB. Verified certificates are required.

Module Exemptions and Application Assessment

Applicants may request consideration for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or module exemptions based on prior qualifications or relevant learning. All requests are subject to academic assessment and approval. Where applicable, approved outcomes will be communicated during the application process and confirmed in the Letter of Offer and Student Contract before enrolment.

Applicants should note that:

  • All submitted documents are subject to verification.
  • Applications may be assessed for suitability through interviews or placement tests where required.
  • Conditional offers may be issued if entry requirements are partially met, subject to fulfilment of stated conditions.
  • Any approved exemptions, RPL, or advanced standing will be formally documented in the Letter of Offer and Student Contract.

Student’s Pass (for International Students)
International applicants who require a Student’s Pass will be guided through the application process after acceptance. Student’s Pass applications are submitted via the ICA SOLAR+ system. Applicants must comply with all Student’s Pass conditions, including attendance requirements and employment restrictions, in accordance with Singapore laws. Further details will be provided during pre-course counselling and after issuance of the Letter of Offer.

Step 3: Complete and Submit Your Application

Fill out the online application form, providing accurate and complete information. Be sure to double-check your entries before submitting.

Once your application form and supporting documents are ready, submit them through the online portal. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application. The review process typically takes 1-2 working days. Ready to Apply?

Step 4: Follow-Up, Acceptance, and Payment

Once your application is submitted, the admissions team will review it. They will correspond with you if any information or documents are missing to ensure all minimum entry requirements (MER) are met. After your application is complete, you will receive a set of documents via email, including the Letter of Offer, Acceptance form, Payment Details, Advisory Note, and PEI-Student Contract. Be sure to check your email regularly or contact the school directly if you do not receive these documents.

Upon receiving the offer, you need to accept it and proceed with the payment to finalize your admission, marking the beginning of the onboarding process.

For assistance with the application process, you can contact a course consultant. If you applied through an agent, they can also provide help.

In case your offer has lapsed and you wish to defer it, please email the Admissions Office at [email protected] for assistance.
