1. Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF)

The Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) is a regulatory requirement for all private education institutions (PEIs) in Singapore, administered by the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). It ensures that PEIs adhere to baseline standards for management, quality, and student welfare. Being registered under the ERF demonstrates that United Ceres College complies with essential standards of management and operational processes.

This accreditation assures students and stakeholders that the college operates within the legal framework, ensuring transparency and accountability. 2. EduTrust Provisional

EduTrust is a quality assurance scheme administered by SkillsFuture Singapore. It evaluates governance, academic processes, student protection and information transparency, including fee protection, the standard student contract, accurate marketing, and sound management of recruitment agents.

United Ceres College holds EduTrust Provisional certification for one year. This affirms that key systems for student protection and academic quality are in place, with a commitment to strengthen processes further. It reflects consistent disclosures, proper use of the student contract, oversight of external recruitment agents and regular reviews aimed at continuous improvement. 3. ISO 9001:2015 Certified

ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognized standard for quality management systems (QMS). 5. Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a certification scheme backed by the Singapore government that helps organizations protect themselves against common cyber threats. It outlines a set of basic security controls to protect against online threats. BizSafe Level 3 indicates that a company has conducted risk assessments for every work activity and process, and these assessments have been audited by an approved external auditor. Achieving BizSafe Level 3 signifies United Ceres College’s commitment to ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students, staff, and visitors.
