Types of Fees
| Fee Type | Description |

| Course Fees | Covers the cost of your academic courses, typically charged per semester. |
| Administrative Fees | Costs associated with application processing, registration, and other services. |
| Course Materials | Costs for textbooks, digital resources, and other course materials. |
| Examination Fees | Fees for the administration and processing of exams, including resits. |
| Miscellaneous Fees | Additional services such as deferment fee, graduation ceremony fee and photocopy service. For more information, refer to the Student Contract Schedule C. |
Timing of Payment
Students are required to pay all fees within the stipulated timeframe on their Student Contract.
Late Payment Policy
- Payments made 1 day after the scheduled due date(s) in Schedule B will be considered late.
- In the event of a late payment, a penalty fee may be charged. Under extenuating circumstances, the management of UCC may exercise its discretion to waive or reduce the penalty amount.
- If the course fee is not paid after repeated reminders, the student may be dismissed and will not be allowed to graduate.
