Types of Fees
| Fee Type | Description |

| Application Fee | Non-refundable, collected upon application to process admission requirements. |
| Course Fees | Outlined in Schedule B of the PEI-Student Contract, covering tuition and course-related costs. |
| Miscellaneous Fees | Non-compulsory and applied when necessary (e.g., re-assessment or re-module fees), listed in Schedule C of the PEI-Student Contract. |
Timing of Payment
Students are required to pay all fees within the stipulated timeframe on their Student Contract.
Late Payment Policy
- Payments made 1 day after the scheduled due date(s) in Schedule B will be considered late.
- In the event of a late payment, a penalty fee may be charged. Under extenuating circumstances, the management of UCC may exercise its discretion to waive or reduce the penalty amount.
- If the course fee is not paid after repeated reminders, the student may be dismissed and will not be allowed to graduate.

Course Fee Protection
We protect students’ fees through the Fee Protection Scheme, FPS, which is part of the EduTrust Certification Scheme administered by SkillsFuture Singapore. FPS safeguards paid fees if a private education institution is unable to continue operations due to insolvency or regulatory closure, and it also protects students if the institution fails to pay court-awarded sums.
