Graduation Requirements: Students who complete and pass the modules stipulated in the course structure and fulfil attendance requirement will be issued with a “Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration” by United Ceres College.


Admission Criteria

Language Requirements: 

  • At least a pass at IELTS 5.5 and above or,
  • Scored 70 in United Ceres College English Placement Test or,
  • Completed United Ceres College English Course (Level 3) or,
  • Any other equivalent qualifications in English.

Academic Entry Requirements: 

  • Obtained at least a 3-Year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or
  • Matured candidate with no qualifications but at least 8 years of working experience, subjected to review after interview conducted by United Ceres College.

Lastly, students will gain the practical skills to create a comprehensive financial plan for a business scenario.

3. International Business Negotiation and Cross-Cultural Dynamics

This module aims to equip students with the skills to effectively evaluate and apply negotiation principles within international settings. Participants will learn how to analyse and implement tailored negotiation techniques to meet specific challenges. A strong emphasis is placed on strategising negotiation plans that are sensitive to cross-cultural dynamics. Students will also assess the variations in negotiation styles across different cultures. This module aims to enhance students’ abilities in the field of Human Resource Management (HRM).
